We want to provide poor widows and orphan young girls with an ‘Aliza Zara sewing machine’ so that they can work and earn money for themselves. Many of these women have little children of little brothers and sisters and no one to support them financially.
A sewing machine makes all the difference It will help them to make a living for themselves. A solution for their poverty. As long as that sewing machine is running, there is hope for a better life.
Donating a sewing machine to a poor widow or a young orphan girl is considered sadaqa jariyah, as it has a lasting benefit by ensuring she feed and clothe her family for years to come.
Zakaat is accepted.
We collect sewing machine donations the entire year and when we reach 50 sewing machines, we purchase and distribute them amongst the most deserving. .
