We support this special project to protect poor families and children (mostly orphans) from the cold winter. Children (between 1 and 15 years old) are spotted by volunteers on the streets. They are playing or working outside in inappropriate clothes for such cold weather conditions.
We provide these poor families and children with a warm ‘hug’, which contains heating material for the winter (blankets, jumpers, woolly hats etcetera).
Please help us to give as many warm hugs as possible. They are badly needed.
So far, we have implemented this project in South Asia, specifically Pakistan in the Punjab region.
